Where is my order?

If your payment was successfully processed, your order should be on its way to you. We expect all orders to be delivered within 2 – 4 working days.

If you haven’t had an email confirming your order, please check your Junk folder, as it may have gone there by mistake.

Is my transaction safe?

How can I cancel my order?

Due to our commitment to processing and shipping orders quickly, our warehouse team immediately begins picking and packing items for shipment as soon as an order is placed. This means you won’t be able to cancel your order once the checkout process has been completed.

You can, however, return the item once it has been delivered and claim a full refund.

What if my battery is faulty?

We’re confident in the quality of our products, but if your battery doesn’t work as expected we want to rectify that immediately. We will organise for the faulty battery to be collected from your address, free of charge, and will get a replacement sent out to you right away.

How can I return an item?

Please contact us between 9am and 4pm, Monday-Friday, if you wish to return an item.

Our customer care team will explain the returns procedure and give you all the details you need to successfully return an item.

Please return the battery in the same way it was sent to you, with the box wrapped in a plastic mailing bag or similar, and the label affixed to the bag rather than the box.

When returning an item, please include a note inside the box, detailing the full name, address, order number, and your reason for returning the item.

Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund and send you an email confirming the refund has been sent.

You can, of course, order a different battery before you send the old one back, or at any other point.

How can I find out which battery I need?

The easiest way to find out which battery you need is to find out which battery you already have – simply remove the battery from your Dyson vacuum cleaner and identify the model number on the sticker.

If you can’t locate the model number this way, you can compare your battery to the photos of the batteries we sell.

Are your batteries genuine Dyson products?

We sell Genuine Dyson batteries & also Dyson-compatible version batteries. They are all brand new and of the highest quality, to ensure the continued high performance and safety of your Dyson vacuum cleaner.
